Okul Yöneticileri Derneği processes personal data under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
Data processed
Name, surname, date of birth, identity number when needed, address, phone, email, role and institution, membership and payment information.
Purposes
Membership administration, activity and announcement communication, statistical work and legal compliance.
Transfer
Data may be shared, only for stated purposes, with authorised institutions and processors serving the Association.
Collection and legal basis
Website, membership forms, email and written applications on legal bases under KVKK Article 5.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you may request information, correction, deletion or destruction and notice to recipients.
